Lunch and Learn

APIG Management Liability Indemnity Fundamentals

If you’re hungry for knowledge but time poor, this may just be the ideal multi-tasking session for you.

Perfect if you are looking to brush up on your Management Liability (ML) knowledge or looking to upskill, our experienced speakers will take you through the pitfalls in ML, and with so much variations in products out there, find out what makes an ML policy better than others with questions like:

·         What’s the difference between Management Liability and Directors & Officers polices?

·         What are the essential Insured sections and basic exclusions?

·         What is a “claim” and how is that different to a Professional Indemnity Claim?

·         What is Statutory Liability and is it insurable?

·         Is Crime/Social Engineering covered?

After the session, we will have time to catch up with our speakers over a sandwich or two and mingle with other participants. Best of all, you don’t need to be an APIG member to attend this session.
